How can we do to make the led beam width narrower without compromising the brightness and power

To focus an LED work light beam on one point without compromising brightness or power consumption, you should use collimating optics such as 4D lenses and narrow angle reflectors. These optical components gather the light that an LED emits in a wide, scattered pattern and redirect it into a narrower, more concentrated beam.
The type of 4D optical len thats particularly well-suited for LEDs is a Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lens. TIR lenses are designed to collect at least 90% of the light emitted by the LED, including light from the sides, and redirect it forward. This process makes them very efficient at creating a narrow spot beam with minimal light loss. Another option is a Fresnel lens, which can also achieve precise collimation, especially for creating ultra-narrow beams.
A spot beam reflector, such as a parabolic mirror, can also be placed behind the LED to gather the light that is emitted backward and direct it forward. This helps to make the beam stronger and more focused without consuming additional power.
The two types of optical components work well because they dont increase the power draw of the LED; instead, they simply direct the light thats already being produced. By directing the light into a narrower beam, they increase the total lumen of the light in a specific direction, creating the perception of greater brightness in spot pattern.
