How can we troubleshoot the led grill lights quickly if failure occurs

During driving adventure, led grill lights may suddenly fail for some reasons. For the reason of driving safety, we need to troubleshoot the problems by some way.

First of all, we need to make quick check on the connections. Turn off the power and check every wire connection firmly in the circuit, including the connections at the light, the switch and the power source. Loose or broken wires may result in intermittent power flow that leads to flickering. Make sure that the ground wire is securely fastened to a clean,bare-metal surface. Poor grounding can cause unusual operation or shut-off. At the same time, locate the in-line fuse connected to the circuit of led grill light. If the fuse is found to be blown, replace it with a new fuse of exact same amperage. A blown fuse may make troubles such as short circuit or overload.

After solving the above problems, if the led grill light is still defective. You need to check and replace problematic led chips. After the led chips are replaced, the unusual flashing continues. Check the led driver ic or controller or voltage issues. If there is can-bus system on the vehicle, lower power draw for led chips can make the system misinterpret it as a faulty component to flash rapidly.  In order to fix the failure, you need install new load resistors or LED-compatible flasher relay component onto the inside pcba.
